As a Friend of the Dallas Public Library, your membership helps provide the additional funds required to offer more than the basic library services. Friends of the Dallas Public Library fund the summer reading program; support programs in the Children’s Center and Young Adult area; fund Teen Centers; sponsor special public programming and exhibitions; help build the library’s collections; and fund continuing education for the library’s staff.
